Open Question: Is the htc touch pro 2 worth it?

Since my very first blackberry, I have NEVER ventured away from them.
I really do like the design of it, but ever since my bad experience with an old Verizon phone, I'm TERRIFIED of phones with windows. Is it worth it, or should I purchase a BB 9700?
