Open Question: what is the difference between the Sprint Hero by HTC and the Verizon Droid Eris by H

This might sound like a dumb question but I was reading reviews on the Verizon Droid and someone said that in order to get the flash for the camera you have to get it on the Motorola Droid. Who carries that?
