Open Question: Updating WinMobile 6.1 phone to 6.5 : Is the warrenty involved?

I have an HTC Ozone from Verizon Wireless.
I see that the windows mobile update from 6.1 to 6.5 is available, as seen here:

I have no idea how this interferes with my warrenty, if at all.
Can you provide some information for me?
